How to issue
First of all, you need to download the KB Star Banking application. For iPhone, go to the App Store for Android and Google Play Store and search for KB Star Banking.
Then the KB Star Banking app will appear. Please click the receive button in the red circle to receive it. (I have already received it, so it says open.)

Just click on KB Mobile Certificate at the top.
Click Issue/Reissue Certificate at the top.
*Reissuance: As it says issuance/reissuance of KB mobile certificate, reissuance is the same as for new issuance.
Click Issue/Reissue KB Mobile Certificate in the yellow box at the bottom.
Please check the full agreement under the terms and conditions and use agreement and slide the window down.
