Customized care service for the elderly
We provide customized services such as housework and activity support, service connection, and safety confirmation to seniors who have difficulty living on their own.
○ Eligibility for support: Those who are 65 years of age or older and are recipients of national basic livelihood security, the next lower class, or basic pension recipients who do not qualify for similar overlapping projects.

– Senior long-term care insurance rating holder
– Users of veterans home welfare services of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs
– Users of the activity support project for the disabled
– Among the services implemented by other national and local governments, in-home services similar to customized care services for the elderly
○ Application period: Always
○ How to apply: Apply at the nearest community center
○ Self-pay: None
○ Service organizations: 70 locations
○ Benefits: 3,047 care workers provide customized services in 4 areas simultaneously
● Safety support: Safety confirmation by phone and visit / Provision of various information (social, disaster, safety, health, welfare, etc.) / Companion service
● Living support: Accompaniment on outings/housework assistance
● Social participation: Providing various social participation programs (cultural leisure activities, lifelong education activities, experiential travel activities, etc.) / Organizing and supporting self-help groups
● Linkage services: Lifestyle support linkage (support for daily necessities, food) / Housing improvement linkage (support for improvement of residential environment) / Health support linkage (medical linkage, health assistance support)
▶ Service provision method and time vary depending on the target group according to the service provision plan.
– Intensive care group: 16 to less than 40 hours
– General care group: less than 16 hours
▶ Service provision period: 1 year from the date of service approval (extendable depending on service needs)
– Applicant: Service applicant and recipient
– Applicants: Selection results, service decision details, service termination, etc.
– Application deadline: Within 90 days from the date of learning of the autonomous district disposition (eligibility decision, etc.)
– Application procedure: Complete an objection form and submit it to each autonomous district office.
