To apply in the above method, find the Overseas Use Registration/Cancellation category in the MY menu.
If you click the overseas use registration/cancellation category, a list of cards to apply for appears.
Select a card and activate the blocking of overseas won payment.
If you do this, you will be able to sign up for the overseas won payment blocking service.
