To use city gas, you must make or cancel a reservation in advance when moving in or moving out. At this time, we will explain the information you need to know about moving out and moving in.

When moving out: It is said that service is available only if you contact the local customer service center 2-3 days in advance of your scheduled moving date. For demolition of gas-using facilities other than moving, a fee is charged depending on the type of service, and in the case of replacing an electric range, a construction fee of 15,000 won is charged. When moving in: To apply for a gas stove, you must go to the customer center in charge of the area you are moving to and make a ‘reservation for moving-in service’. Also, please be sure to check the previous resident’s ‘delinquency’ and make a settlement. If you want automatic transfer based on usage after installation, you must apply in advance.
