There are many times when you need to apply for a reissue due to loss of a credit card or handle business through the customer center, such as consulting on installment finance, paying the usage amount in advance, or inquiring about the payment amount.
Accordingly, the main customer center phone number provided by Lotte Card is 1588-8100. General consultation hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays. However, 24-hour telephone consultation is available for loss reports, cancellations, and voice phishing damage reports, so you can use it if you are in a hurry.
If you are uncomfortable with the button-type ARS connection, you can use the verbal ARS service or leave your contact information to a representative and have a callback service available so that you can receive a call at a convenient time. Please use it during business hours on weekdays.

Lotte Card reissue
You can apply for Lotte Card reissue at the card center after presenting your ID card. Some card products are not issued by the card center, so please check before visiting.
After reporting ARS loss, card reissue is automatically processed to the billing address. However, if there is a card excluded from automatic re-issuance among the cards subject to loss reporting or if ARS automatic loss registration is not made, automatic re-issuance will not occur and a phone call will be made to a counselor.

Cancellation of Lotte Card
If you notify the credit card company of your intention to cancel your credit card in writing or by phone, you may cancel your credit card agreement immediately. If the cancellation of the credit card contract is not processed smoothly, you can report the inconvenience to the relevant Lotte Card representative number (1588-8100).

Report loss of Lotte Card
If you have lost your card, please report it through the Lotte Card website or Lotte Card Customer Center (1588-8100). Loss reports are accepted 24 hours a day. However, in the case of check cards, you must report the loss to Lotte Card and then to the affiliated bank or securities company.
When reissuing a card, a minimum business day is required, but if it is urgent, we operate an offline card center (https://www.lottecard.co.kr/app/LPCSTAA_V600.lc), so please visit the nearest card center to receive a reissue or replacement. That would be nice too.
