2. Balance inquiry after identity verification

The Culture Nuri Card can be issued to anyone who is 6 years of age or older and is eligible for basic living and the second-highest class. The card issuance period is from February 3, 2022 to November 30, 2022, and the card use period is from the issuance date to December 31, 2022.
