👉From 2023.1.1., the middle-aged job hope center has been renamed the middle-aged tomorrow center.
👉 Business purpose
A project to provide comprehensive employment services such as career planning, job change, and re-employment support to middle-aged and older workers, retirees (planned), and business owners in their 40s or older
👉 Business contents
Eligible support: Contents of support for middle-aged people aged 40 or older
(Lifetime career design) Provision of programs in consideration of age, employment status, type of work, etc. of participants through basic counseling, and follow-up management after completion ▸Identification of career characteristics through basic and in-depth counseling → Classification of service types by individual goals → Provision of life-career planning program → connection with job, education and training → follow-up management
(Support for job change and re-employment) Middle-aged windows in the Employment Welfare + Center and middle-aged centers nationwide provide job-changing and re-leaping programs depending on the type of middle-aged and elderly ▸(Job seekers) 1:1 counseling-education/training-employment/start-up information-employment placement-clubs Operation of re-leap programs such as
▸(Incumbent) 1:1 counseling – job change readiness test – competency diagnosis – education/training, job change support program operation such as provision of employment and start-up information
※ Support for finding quality jobs and job placement in connection with the employment incentive system for jobs suitable for new age
※ In connection with the above services, middle-aged manpower recruitment and career management support through visits to companies, job placement counseling, support fund system information, etc.
