Total pension payment = ① Cumulative monthly payment + ② Occasional withdrawal + ③ Guarantee fee (initial guarantee fee and annual guarantee fee) + ④ Loan interest for (①,②,③)
※ For trust-type housing pension subscribers, the registration and license tax is 6,000 won and the local education tax is 1,200 won, for a total of 7,200 won, and the corporation supports these costs.
– If there are other property tax reduction benefits in addition to the above reduction [e.g., special housing tax rate reduction for those who own one home per household under the Local Tax Act (applicable until 2023)], only the one with the greater reduction benefit is applied.
※ In the case of trust-type housing pension subscribers, the general reduction for one home per household is applicable in accordance with laws such as the Local Tax Act, and there is no separate property tax reduction benefit for subscribing to the housing pension.
‘Housing price announced, etc.’ refers to the price announced in accordance with Article 4 (1) of the Local Tax Act or the price calculated by the mayor/county head.
