4. Proceed with identity verification.

2. Confirm the product pickup location.
When you purchase a product, you will receive instructions on where to receive the product via KakaoTalk or text message. Each duty-free shop has different pick-up locations, so check before visiting. Contact information for each duty-free shop is as follows.

3. After passing airport immigration, visit the duty-free shop delivery area.
Since the pick-up area is different for each duty-free shop, you must check the exact location of the pick-up area before visiting. If you do not receive duty-free goods at the delivery area, the purchased product will be automatically canceled after a certain period of time. Your identity will be verified through your passport. If the passport and departure information entered when ordering do not match, you will not be able to receive the product.

The purchase limit at the departure duty-free shop is $5,000 per person, and the purchase limit at the arrival duty-free shop is $600 per person. One bottle of alcohol, 60ml of perfume, and one carton of cigarettes per person are exempt from tax separately from the purchase limit, so purchases above that amount will be subject to tax.
