When applying for a loan, you can apply with a mobile phone authentication or Kakao Pay in addition to a joint certificate as a means of personal authentication. However, please understand that a joint certificate is required for online document submission and electronic agreement during the process. Thank you. When I import a public certificate, the website shows 16 digits, but the app asks me to enter 12 digits. I can never use it like this. Thank you. These days, easy sign-up is so good, but they made an app like this and are just wasting time dreaming of attracting customers. For copying a joint certificate, both the app and the website only ask me to enter a verification number, and neither of them generates a number. For ARS authentication, I don’t get a call, and when I press the verification number, it doesn’t recognize it.
