Must be within 6 months

※ Vouchers can be used after applying for maternal and newborn health care (not retroactively applicable)
※ After signing a contract with the provider and paying the deductible, a voucher is created the day after the provider registers it in the electronic voucher system (service period cannot be changed after voucher creation)
⇒ In cases 3, 4, and 5, submission is omitted if you agree to verification through joint use of administrative information in accordance with the Electronic Government Act.
(However, the insurance premium amount must be confirmed)
⇒ If one of the couple is a foreigner, or if the couple has different addresses on their official records, submit a family relationship certificate.
