Step 1) Recruitment confirmation
Participants check the recruitment agency and period for senior jobs through the website, community center bulletin board, media, etc.

Step 2) Submit application
Anyone who wishes to participate in the project must visit the executing agency or the city/county/district and submit an application for participation.
※ Required documents: 1 copy of resident registration, 1 photo, ID card (different depending on the executing agency or city/county/district)
※ What is an executing agency?
Organizations that directly carry out jobs and social activity support projects for the elderly include cities, counties and districts (senior welfare departments), senior welfare centers, senior clubs, employment support centers of the Korea Senior Citizens Association, comprehensive social welfare centers, senior welfare centers, and silver human resources banks.
> Search for nationwide senior job creation agencies
Step 3) Consultation and interview
Applicant’s desired activities, suitability for business, activity capabilities (walking ability, communication), etc. are confirmed through interview
Step 4) Selection and guidance
Confirm applicant’s qualification information, select and guide participants according to selection criteria
Step 5) Confirm detailed activity details
Determination of demand source (consumer), etc., considering the participant’s desired activity area, detailed field, etc.
Step 6) Writing an agreement (employment contract)
Participants write an agreement or employment contract that describes the activities and conditions, etc.
Step 7) Participant training
Step 8) Conduct activities
