3 Easy Ways to Refund Google Play Store
When downloading the old PC software, there were demo versions or trial versions, but you have to download the app directly from the Google Play Store and use it. Especially in the case of a paid service, there have been many times when I have never tried it before, but it is different from what I thought. Fortunately, the Google Play Store refund policy provides a much smoother customer system and good (?) service than the Apple Store or Windows Store. So, let’s take a look at three easy ways to get a refund from the Google Play Store.
■ Google Play Store refund method #1: 2 hours ago 구글 플레이스토어 환불
▼If you downloaded the app for a fee on your smartphone or tablet device, you can request a refund within the first 2 hours. If you look at the image above or the screenshot just below, as soon as you download the paid app, two buttons appear, “Refund” and “Open”. Then simply click the “Refund” button here and then click “Yes” in the message box to immediately uninstall the app and refund the amount paid. Now, if it has been 2 hours since you downloaded a paid app, it gets a little complicated. You can use ‘Google Play Store Refund Method #2’ below. 좋은뉴스
■ Google Play Store refund method #2: 2 hours later
▼It is good not only for 2 hours but for several days, but the longer the period, the more difficult the reason for requesting a refund. First, open the Play Store in your PC web browser and log in with your Google account. Then press the cog button and click “My Account”.
▼A list of purchased apps appears as shown below. If you press the three-dot button next to the item you want to refund, “Report a Problem” appears.
▼Now, click “Report a Problem” and you can set the reason for the refund in the drop-down menu as shown below. You can write your reason in more detail here, send it, and wait for a response from the Google Play Store review team. In general, even if approval is granted, the refund amount will be deposited within 24 hours.
■ Google Play Store Refund Method #3: In-App Purchases
▼ Whether it is a Euro app or a free app, you may want to refund if you choose an item or a paid upgrade option through in-app payment while using it, but you are not satisfied with it. Or, the child at home may have made in-app payments without the parents knowing. To put it bluntly, a Google Play Store refund in this case is not easy. But it’s not easy, but it’s possible. As a best practice, we recommend that you contact the app developer or vendor directly. If you are persuaded for a good reason, you can get a refund by contacting Google first.
For reference, if you have a critical problem with a paid app, such as a car recall, or if you pay money to make an in-app payment, and you experience damage, Google policy is made to refund you immediately.
