I made a reservation for an SRT smartphone ticket using a computer and checked it on the mobile app. Doesn’t the original QR code appear? Why doesn’t the QR code appear? Is this really the case when you reserve a computer SRT? I wonder. Also, is there a need to reserve train tickets on a computer and then print the tickets on a printer? I took a peek at the machine the attendant had on the train, and the lights were on only where I bought a seat, but off everywhere else, so I guess I guess I didn’t buy a ticket. Do I have to get a ticket if I’ve made a reservation? If I just make a reservation but don’t issue a ticket, does that mean I didn’t buy the ticket?

SRT reservation via computer
hello everyone! Today, we are going to learn about how to reserve SRT tickets on a computer, how to check them on your phone, and whether you must print out your ticket.
Book SRT tickets on your computer and check on your phone
There are two ticketing methods when reserving SRT tickets on a computer.
Print with printer (home ticket)
Smartphone ticketing (SRT app)
You must choose one of the two options to purchase a ticket. However, there is something to note here: printer printing is set as default, so if you pay the fee as is, the ticket will be confirmed through printer printing.
If this happens, the official ticket screen will not appear on the SRT app on your phone. That is, the QR code will not be displayed. Additionally, if you print a ticket from a PC using a printer, you will no longer be able to print the ticket using the SRT app.
So, if you go to the ‘Ticket’ > ‘Ticketing/Cancellation/Change’ menu on the SRT homepage, the ticket reservation details will appear. Here, you can print it out using the ‘Print’ button.
Is there really a need to print the ticket on a printer?
If you made a reservation using smartphone ticketing, just bring your cell phone with you and show the SRT app. However, if you choose to print with a printer, you will need to print your ticket.
The flight attendant checks using the terminal, but the only information confirmed on the terminal is whether the seat has been sold. Therefore, you can arbitrarily request a ticket check, and if you do not have a ticket at this time, it will be considered a free ride. Be sure to bring your ticket.
What should I do if my printer is missing or broken?
If the printer is missing or broken, you can report the situation at the station window before the train departs and receive a reissue of a paper ticket after membership verification.
