Cancellation fees are as above. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 1 day before departure, but a fee will be charged from the day of departure. The minimum penalty is charged up to 1 hour before departure, and 10% of the fare is charged as a fee from 1 hour before departure time. 15% up to 20 minutes after departure, 40% up to 60 minutes, and 70% up to arrival time.
It would be nice to know that you can only cancel at the station or offline after the departure time.
If you want to change your travel segment halfway through, we’ll tell you what to do. If during your trip you try to get off before your arrival station, you may be charged for the remaining station section again. And if you want to go past the arrival station, you can repurchase the ticket from the attendant when you get on the train.
