The first recipe introduced was Kim Jaejoong’s ‘egg skewers’. The necessary ingredients are 5 eggs, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 pinches of salt, and cooking oil. The process of making it is simple. Add eggs, water, sugar, and salt to a thin-mouthed sauce container and mix well. Pour enough cooking oil into a wok and preheat on high heat. The second recipe of Kim Jaejoong is ‘Gyejang (egg ssamjang)’. The ingredients are 1 egg, 1/2 bunch of green onions, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of soybean paste, 1 tbsp of sugar, 100ml of water, 2 tbsp of cooking oil, and sesame seeds. Chop the green onions and garlic, and fry the green onions in a pot with cooking oil. When the green onion oil comes out, add the garlic, add the egg and fry, then add the soybean paste and water and boil. Finally, when the moisture evaporates, sprinkle sesame seeds and finish.
The third recipe is ‘Egg Gas’, which can be made with wet breadcrumbs, 1 egg, and cooking oil. Slice the carrots and green onions, fry the meat in a pan, then add the seasoning and fry it with the udon noodles.
