📍Loan items and limits
– Medical expenses, funeral expenses, wage reduction living expenses: 10 million won
– Wedding expenses: 12.5 million won
– Parental care expenses: 5 million won per parent or grandparent per year within the range of 10 million won
– Children’s tuition: 5 million won per year per high school student within the range of 10 million won
– Child support expenses: 5 million won per year per child under 7 years old within the range of 10 million won
– Small living expenses: 2 million won
💡However, When applying for loans for 2 or more types, the total limit per applicant is 20 million won
📍Loan conditions
– Interest rate: 1.5% per annum
– Repayment: Choose between 1-year grace period and 3-year or 1-year grace period and 4-year equal principal installment repayment (small living expenses are 1-year grace period and 1-year repayment)
– Guarantee method: Use of the Workers’ Credit Guarantee Support System [separate payment of 0.9% per annum for credit guarantee fees]
– Financial agency: IBK Industrial Bank of Korea

– Apply online (Workers’ Welfare Net http://welfare.comwel.or.kr) (certified certificate required) or in person
📍Processing procedure
① Receive loan application form (online or in person)
② Check eligibility (check whether you are eligible for a loan based on income criteria, etc., and check for errors)
③ Preliminary selection (continuous selection)
④ Submit required documents
⑤ Final confirmation and eligibility decision (within 7 days from the preliminary selection date)
⑥ Issuance and notification of guarantee
⑦ Loan execution (Corporate Bank Internet Banking, Mobile I-ONE Bank)
💡Loan applicants must execute the loan within the loan agreement period (15 days from the loan decision date)
