How to apply for KEPCO Energy cashback
KEPCO Energy Cashback is a system that returns cashback according to the savings percentage if you save more than 3% of electricity usage compared to the average usage in the same month for the previous two years.
Any family member who is registered as a resident at the application address can apply for KEPCO Energy Cashback.

💠 Any family member registered as a resident at the application address can apply.
💠Cashback is calculated every month based on electricity usage for the current month, and cashback is directly deducted from the next month’s electricity bill.
💠 It is not paid in cash, but rather a reduction in electricity bills.
💠 The apartment complex (management office, resident representative meeting) energy cashback system expires in November 23 and will not be implemented in 24. Therefore, you must apply for each apartment unit.
💠 Cases excluded from application
– Customers who are electricity users but do not have information on the amount of electricity they used for the same month in the previous year
– Customers who do not submit information on the amount of electricity used in apartments whose electricity bills are included in the management fee
💠It is convenient because you can receive cashback every month without a separate application by applying just once.
💠 You can apply at any time without a separate application period, but applying as soon as possible has the effect of reducing electricity bills.
When to apply cashback
💠 Cashback is calculated from the current month including the application date.
For example, for customers whose electricity meter reading date is on the 15th, the January electricity bill calculation period is December 15 to January 14, and if an application is made during that period, cashback is calculated starting from January’s electricity usage.
Cashback payment standards (applicable from January 24)
💠 If electricity usage is reduced by more than 3% compared to the same average for the previous two years, 30 to 100 won per 1 kWh will be paid for each section.
