Through the private qualification information service, we introduce registered private qualifications and inform you of the status of private qualifications.
What is a national qualification? It is a qualification newly established and managed by the head of a central administrative agency (Minister of State) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, linking with education and training, responding to industry demands, contributing to the establishment of a life-long learning and competency-centered society, compatibility between qualifications, and international applicability. It is managed and operated with the basic direction (purpose) of securing.
Fields directly related to the life, health and safety of the people
Fields directly related to public interest, such as national defense, security, education, and national key industries
Fields where it is difficult to operate private qualifications due to low demand for qualifications
Other fields deemed necessary by the state
National qualifications are divided into ‘①National qualifications under individual laws’ and ‘②National technical qualifications under the 『National Technical Qualifications Act』 and 『Private Technology Act』’.
