1) In the Kakao Taxi app, when you tap My Information → Service Inquiry, the ‘Kakao T Customer Center’ screen will appear. Please click the ‘Start’ button here.

2) When you press the start button, taxi/black/pet, bike, valet, parking, quick/delivery, my car, travel, business, and more T services will appear. You can press the service item you want to consult with the chatbot.

3. Counselor connection
1) If you press the ‘Channel Menu’ at the bottom, you will see consultation start, frequently asked questions, taxi lost and found, customer center, Kakao T, and bot usage guide. If you click ‘Customer Center’ here, ‘Contact a counselor’ will appear.
