You cannot report the loss of your driver’s license or cancel it by phone. You can visit in person or apply at three online sites. Some online sites require a joint certificate.

If you go into the “Search for Acquisition” menu, the name of the items acquired and the name of the lost person will be listed, so you can find them right away if you are lucky. 4. Road Traffic Authority site
There is no menu for reporting the loss of a driver’s license at the Korea Expressway Corporation. If you apply for reissuance, you can automatically process the loss of your existing driver’s license.
