Subway Lost and Found Center Lost and Found Processing Process
If you discover that your item has been lost while using the subway after the train has left, you must report it to the customer service center. If you discover the loss late, you must report it to the final station or the lost and found service center.

At this time, if you tell us the exact exit time, you can check the train more quickly. In addition, it will be very helpful in finding lost items if you tell us which subway car you got off at.

Lost cell phone at subway lost and found center
If you lose your cell phone, you must first report the loss to your mobile carrier. Then, access www.lost112.go.kr and search for found items.

If a found item is searched, please call the storage location. If not, there is a time lag between when the finder reports it, so you need to check in often.

To track the location of a lost cell phone, you must contact the relevant telecommunication company. There is no separate location tracking system at the police station.

If a cell phone is reported to the police station as a stolen item, the item is transferred to the cell phone search call center for storage, and the model name and serial number are sent to the cell phone search call center. When the owner is found, the holder of the cell phone is contacted and returned to the owner.
