I’ve compiled a collection of menus that are good(?) to eat when you want to taste a little sweetness, but don’t want to gain weight. Even 25g is enough to cover your daily sugar intake, so you should consider it carefully. It also varies depending on the size of the drink.
To conclude, there is no Frappuccino or blended menu here! (Dieters, avoid this!! Haha, if you must eat it, please shout out “Please remove as much syrup as possible…)”
Surprisingly, the vanilla cream cold brew, caramel macchiato, and matcha latte are good! However, since it is over 20g, I don’t think I can eat it often.
Personally, I was happy that my favorite iced matcha latte was low in sugar at 16g. 🙂
