요양보호사 자격증 재발급If the nursing care worker’s certificate is lost, damaged, or left at a nursing center, and the original is needed, it must be reissued.
There are two ways to reissue a nursing care worker’s certificate. You can easily obtain one through the government’s 24 website, and you can obtain one by visiting city, county, and district civil service offices across the country.
If you wish to get a reissue due to a change in information, such as a name change or resident registration number correction, rather than simply losing it, you cannot do so online and must visit the office to get it reissued.
The reissue fee for reissues issued in person or online is the same at 2,000 won.
You can reissue your nursing care worker certificate online through the Government 24 website.
If you apply for a reissue online, you can receive a reissue as soon as possible, or use your own printer within 3 hours at the latest.
To apply for reissue online, a public certificate is required, and the certificate is provided as an image file.
To reissue a nursing care worker’s certificate, search for ‘Government 24’ through the search portal and access it.
Enter ‘reissue of nursing care worker certificate’ in the site search box and select the application page.
Government 24 -> Search for re-issuance of nursing care worker certificate and select ‘Issue’
After logging in, enter your personal information.
After entering the reason for requesting reissue,
Attach the applicant’s photo as an image file. The photo must be uploaded as a photo of the upper body with hair loss taken within the last 6 months, measuring 3cm wide and 4cm tall. (JPG, GIF, and PNG files only)
The only way to receive it is online.
Once you have completed the input, select the ‘Submit a complaint’ button and verify your identity → Pay the fee.
After logging in, enter personal information and select ‘Submit a complaint’
To print the nursing care worker certificate, select MyGOV → My Complaint → Complaint Application Details → Processing Status → Print Document button.
Nursing care worker certification can be received and reissued by visiting the civil service office of the city, county or district office.
The nursing care worker certification management department at the city/county/district office is the ‘Senior Welfare Department, Senior Facilities Team’.
When applying for a visit, the required items are your ID card, an application for re-issuance of a nursing care worker’s license (provided at the visiting institution), and one photo.
The photo must be taken within 6 months and must be an upper body measuring 3cm wide and 4cm tall.
A reissue fee of 2,000 won will also be charged when applying in person.
If it is damaged and you wish to have it reissued, you must return the original certificate.
