While I was canceling, I even got an unexpected cancellation coupon. Thanks to that, I extended it for another 2 months to receive shopping credits and watch TVing replays for free.
Then, let’s learn how to cancel the Naver Shopping membership.
First, go to ‘Naver App> Top left menu> Naver Shopping’.
1. Enter the Naver+Membership mark under your MY Home ID.
2. Go to Settings (gear shape) in the upper right corner.
3. There is ‘Naver Plus Membership Management’ in Settings.
Here, you can manage the current pass and the pass scheduled to be used next month, payment information, and membership cancellation.
4. Check the remaining free membership period, and if you scroll all the way down, you will see a voucher to use in the future.
If there are remaining free tickets received from the event, the coupons will appear in the storage box, and if there are no free tickets left, the scheduled payment date and estimated amount will be announced.
Below that is the option to cancel your Naver Plus membership. If you do not have any remaining free passes, you can choose to cancel.
5. You can click ‘Cancel subscription’ on the information window prompting you to maintain your membership.
Even if you cancel the subscription, you can continue to use the remaining membership period. You can continue to watch until the teabing period.
6. Then, a refund protection coupon appeared!
If you maintain your current membership, you will receive a 2-month free pass. Since it is a coupon that can be used for only 2 months without any conditions, there is no reason not to receive it, right?
7. I decided to keep my Naver Plus membership and use it for free for 2 more months.
In fact, it is very attractive that you can watch TVing for free rather than shopping.
