‘Seoul Mom and Dad Taxi’ is equipped with a KC-certified car seat in a large van, as well as an air purifier with sterilization function, hand sanitizer, and a screen to block splashes. You can move with your child in a safe and comfortable environment.
If you are a 24-month-old infant caregiver, you can apply and use it from the 24th (Wed) through the i.M Taxi mobile app, a Seoul Mom and Dad taxi operator. Not only mothers and fathers, but also practical caregivers raising infants under 24 months can apply for this project. In response, the city of Seoul plans to provide taxi vouchers worth KRW 100,000 per baby.
To explain further, the actual range of caregivers is parents, mothers, (other) grandparents, and relatives within the third degree of kinship based on the infant. If you are registered as a resident with the infant, you can receive benefits. Also, as the voucher is supported per baby, twins can use a taxi voucher worth KRW 200,000.

After applying for a 100,000 won taxi pass for Seoul Mom and Dad Taxi, if the autonomous district confirms your qualifications and approves it, you will receive a 100,000 won taxi pass (in the form of points) immediately. And, you can use it after going through procedures such as qualification confirmation within 2 weeks after application.
Caregivers who have received points can use the taxi app to call ‘Seoul Mom and Dad Taxi’ to use it anywhere in Seoul, such as hospitals, outings, and visiting relatives, within the limit of points.
From May 24 (Wednesday), the Seoul Metropolitan Government will begin pilot operation of ‘Seoul Mom and Dad Taxi’ in 16 districts, and plan to expand to all districts next year. Gangdong-gu, Gangbuk-gu, Gangseo-gu, Gwanak-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Dobong-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Mapo-gu, Seochugo, Seongdong-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yongsan-gu, and Jungnang-gu were selected through a demand survey.
