At first, I did not know the expiration status of the tomorrow learning card, so I just applied for it, and the following information appeared. I checked the expiration date of the card, and it was until October next year, so I decided to reissue it. Even if you reissue, you can select as in the issuance process first, just like a new issuance.

To use the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card, you must first register as a member. In addition, to issue a card, you must log in with a joint certificate. Joint certificates can be issued free of charge by KFTC or Koscom. I already had the paid version, so I solved it in a snap from co-certificate registration and login.

Anyone can apply for the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card. I thought I couldn’t apply because I was a self-employed person, not an office worker, but even if you’re a self-employed person, it’s possible if you’ve been in business for at least one year and your annual sales are less than 150 million won. Subjects excluded from support are as follows.
Select support target
In the final application process, there is a part where you select the type of support and submit the relevant documents. If you are a simplified taxpayer like me, you only need to submit your business registration certificate.

When you enter the My Information tab, various menus appear on the left. Select Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card and click Apply for Issuance to move to the next screen. If you have not logged in with a joint certificate, you can proceed with certificate registration and certificate login at this stage.

From now on, just follow the procedure as shown on the screen. I was in the process of reissuance, so it was over in 5 minutes, but for first-time applicants, it may take longer because you have to fill out an issuance application form separately. There are no major difficulties, and the instructions are detailed, so you just have to follow the instructions step by step.

The wording of caution is a little scary. If you use fraudulent methods, you may be subject to administrative disposition as well as cancellation of card issuance. Therefore, it is recommended that you check your application qualifications carefully and attend the lectures to the end so that you do not drop out of the lectures you have applied for.

Once issued, the Naeil Bae-eum Card can be used for up to five years, and education expenses of up to 3 million to 5 million won per person can be paid by the government. When the card was first issued, most of the courses were fully supported, but now the self-pay rate is about 15-55%, depending on the type of job and the employment rate. Even if the expiration date of the Naeil Learning Card remains, if the physical card has expired, it cannot be used. At that time, the physical card must be reissued.

Card issuance usually takes 4-5 days. In the case of a new issuance, not a reissue, the card can be received in person or by mail. You can apply for both a credit card and a debit card, but after searching for application reviews, it is said that the issuance process for a debit card is a bit faster.
