1. Introduction to Real Estate Studies
Real estate introduction is a subject that is close to learning, unlike other subjects in the licensed real estate agent examination. In universities, the introduction of real estate studies is taught as a separate discipline, similar to this. You can think of it as a subject with a strong academic character to learn theories related to real estate based on economic theory.

The introduction to real estate studies is largely divided into three categories: general, outline, and appraisal. It is a subject where a large number of computational questions, which many test takers find difficult, are presented.

2. Civil Act and Special Civil Act
Civil law is the basis for all legal subjects. In other words, since all the subjects of the second test are law, the basic skills must be well established in the civil law to pass the second study easily.

Since it is organized mainly in laws related to real estate, it is smaller than the actual amount of civil law, so the amount is not as large as expected.

However, it is one of the subjects that many examinees find difficult due to unfamiliar terms and interpretation of the provisions.
