If you see ‘Certificate Issuance’ among the functions shown in customer support, let’s touch the arrow next to it.
This will bring up a space where you can select the type of certificate. Loan, card, foreign exchange, etc. are visible, and we press ‘deposit’ to proceed with the steps for issuing Kakao Bank transfer confirmation.
Next, you will see items called Confirmation of Account Opening. You will see a transaction statement, payment confirmation, income withholding statement, etc. We will select it as shown in the image above and enter the arrow on the right.
