■ As of the announcement date (May 20, 2024), you can apply if all of the following ① to ⑤ apply.
① Residents of Seoul
※ Only those who have been granted a resident registration number can apply (foreigners and Koreans residing abroad cannot apply)
② Young people aged 18 to 34
※ Those whose date of birth is between January 1, 1989 and December 31, 2006
③ Those who have worked for more than 3 months in the past year (1 month is recognized when working for 10 days or more) as of the date of the announcement, or are currently working for more than 3 months ※The type of work is irrelevant, but you must be able to submit supporting documents for this announcement
④ Your monthly average pre-tax earned income is 2.55 million won or less (base period: 2023. 6. 1. ~ 2024. 5. 31.)
⑤ Parents (spouse if married) income less than KRW 100 million per year (average monthly pre-tax KRW 8.34 million) and assets less than KRW 900 million
※ Regardless of generation separation, parents and mothers are combined and spouses are applied separately (base period: 2023. 6. 1. ~ 2024. 5. 31.)
■ Application will be excluded if any of the following items apply:
① The applicant is a recipient of livelihood, medical, housing, and education benefits.
※ Including recipients of guaranteed facilities
② A person who is unable to open a bank account in the applicant’s name
③ If the applicant has a history of participating in a quasi-asset formation support project
※ If you have not received the subsidy, you can apply, but you must confirm non-receipt of the subsidy with the previous participating institution.
④ Workers in non-social industries such as luxury, pleasure, gambling, gambling, etc. – Gambling Industry Integrated Supervision Committee Act, Special Act on Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Activities, etc.
⑤ Military service personnel (active duty, full-time, transitional, social service, alternative service, industrial skills, professional research, etc.)
※ If you apply before enlistment and cannot make a contract (promise to save) or visit the bank due to enlistment, you will be excluded from selection.
⑥ Those who are participating (beneficiary) of Seoul City’s Youth Allowance or Youth Rent Support Project in 2024, and working scholarship recipients – Beneficiaries of Seoul City’s Youth Support Project in 2024 can only apply if they have completed their midterm cancellation before the announcement month (the end of April).
※ If you receive salary in the name of a scholarship from school, it cannot be recognized as work, and you cannot receive support money when it expires.
