Finding a direct service center is simple. Select ‘High-Tech Center’ in the first tab of the search condition above, and then select the place where you live in ‘Metropolitan City/Province’. Do not select ‘City/County/District’. Generally, there are only 1 to 3 direct service centers per metropolitan city/province.

As mentioned above, for example, if you select ‘Shifting’ in Quality Maintenance, you can select a specific symptom. For example, you can select ‘No shifting’, ‘Shock/vibration when shifting’, ‘Shifting delay’, ‘Shift lever problem’, ‘Clutch problem’, ‘Transmission oil problem’, ‘Other transmission problem’, etc.
