The first step is to cancel the regular payment for the subscription to Teabing. When explaining the cancellation of the TVing subscription, the explanation is based on the homepage of the PC, so please access the homepage in advance.

1. Access MY menu
After selecting the profile button that can be found on the right side of the TVing homepage, select MY menu from the profile menu to access.
2. Change/Termination of Pass
Select Pass/Cash Details in the MY menu to access, and select Change/Cancel subscription.
3. Pass cancellation complete
Scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up window that appears for change/cancellation, select Request to cancel automatic payment, and complete the cancellation of the subscription.
