1. Touch the More (three dots) icon in the lower right corner of the CarBang app main screen.
2. Select Customer Center from the top menu that appears.
3. On the next screen, select Certificate Issuance – Deposit – Account Opening Confirmation.
4. The certificate issuance process screen appears. After thoroughly reading the precautions for application, touch the next item.
5. Select the desired issuance method (PC print / mail) and the number of copies on the screen.
The postal method costs 2,300 won and takes about a week.
6. After selecting the account to be issued from the list, proceed in the following order: Next – Apply – Enter the 6-digit authentication password to complete the certificate application.
7. Now it’s your turn to proceed on your computer. Go to the Kakao Bank homepage through the search bar on the portal site and click the Customer Center menu.
8. With the mouse cursor over the certificate section, select My Certificate Issuance History.
You will now be taken to the login screen. On the screen, the QR code and 16 digits of the authentication number are updated every 5 minutes.
9. With the screen as it is, run the CarBin app again.
10. Click More in the lower right corner – App settings in the upper right – PC login order.
11. QR code login or verification code login – Enter the 6-digit verification password to complete the PC version login process.
