You can apply by clicking “Reservation for driver’s license/investigation > Apply for good driving mileage” on the Traffic Civil Service 24 website of the National Police Agency. If you enter your name, date of birth, and driver’s license number on the pledge form and sign the pledge, the application is completed immediately.
