Loan limit is up to 9.6 million won (within 400,000 won per month), loan interest rate is 1.3% per year (preferred type), 1.8% per year (general type), loan period is 2 years (extendable 4 times, maximum 10 years available), repayment The method is a lump sum repayment, and there is no early repayment fee. The collateral is a jeonse loan guarantee from the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, and the cost borne by the customer is stamp duty and a guarantee fee when handling the guarantee as collateral.
