1. Put the pork belly in a heated pan, sprinkle salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown.

2. Once the pork belly is golden brown, make a space in the center to collect the meat fat.

3. Place kimchi on top of the meat fat and fry it.

4. Once the kimchi is golden brown, add the prepared seasoning sauce, green onion, and onion and stir-fry.
