1. Please tell me how to check and increase my internet/smart banking transfer limit.
1) How to check transfer limit

① Log in to your personal internet banking or Woori WON banking app.

② Go to the transfer limit related menu on the channel you are using.

– PC: Personal Internet Banking Login → Banking Management → Internet Banking Management → Transfer Limit Inquiry/Reduction [Inquiry and reduction possible]

– Smartphone: Log in to Woori WON Banking → All (bottom right ≡) → Financial transactions → Account inquiry/management → Transfer limit management [Inquiry, reduction, and increase (OTP registration) possible]

③ You can check the one-time/daily transfer limit and security level.

 

※ Security media and transfer limit range by security level (as of 2014-03-28)

– Security level 1: OTP generator, can be set to 100 million won or less per time / 500 million won or less per day

– Security level 2: Security card, can be set to less than 5 million won per time / less than 10 million won per day

(Example) If a customer using a secured card increases the transfer limit to an amount exceeding ‘5 million won per time or 10 million won per day’, the secure medium must be used as an OTP generator.

 

2) How to increase the transfer limit: The transfer limit can be increased through a non-face-to-face real name verification service.

※ Conditions for using the “non-face-to-face real name verification” service (all met)

① Individual customers of Korean nationality aged 19 or older (foreigners not allowed to trade)

② If you have a ‘resident registration card’ or a ‘driver’s license’ ready.

③ Customers who have a mobile phone in their own name

④ Customers who can verify their account with our bank or other institutions

※ Even if all of the above conditions are met, if you are residing (staying) overseas, you may not be able to make a transaction if an error occurs during the identity verification process.

 

If the conditions for use are met, please select one of the routes below to increase the transfer limit.

① Woori WON Banking (non-login) → 三 (full menu at the top right) → Authentication/Security → Non-face-to-face real name verification → Banking management → Transfer limit management

② [Other Bank OTP Registration], [Digital OTP Registration] or [Transfer Limit Increase] are available in [Woori WON Banking Login → All (bottom right ≡) → Financial Transactions → Account Inquiry/Management → Account Management → Transfer Limit Management]

※ For secured card users, depending on the transfer limit you wish to increase, you may need to change the security medium to OTP and then increase the transfer limit.
