Our children are screened for infants between 4 and 6 months of age. If you call the pediatrician to be checked up, they will fill out a questionnaire in advance and inform you that it is convenient to come. Then, the healthy person will fill out a questionnaire and tell you to come.
Also, you need to make a reservation in advance because it takes at least 15 minutes for the infant check-up.
When is the 1st infant check-up?
Parents are worried about when to start the first screening for infants and toddlers.
For reference, when I went just 6 months ago, I had to listen to the basic explanation of baby food even though I had already started.
For those who are curious about weaning food, we recommend that you have an infant check-up at 4 or 5 months before starting weaning!

Then, your child’s name will appear on the screen. You just have to click on the service request button there.
Then click Write and you’re done! I have a lot of questions. Still, it’s all over in 5 minutes.
The content is whether you sleep with your child, etc… It’s not a difficult quiz ^^;
In that way, fill out the questionnaire and you are done! You may not print. When you go to the hospital, tell them your registration number and print it out!
You don’t even have to look for a print and do it!
The registration number for the infant checkup questionnaire is the 4 digit date of birth of the legal representative.

Our baby came out tall, so we measured it again ^^; I subtracted little by little because my height and weight were not accurate.
My height was 91th percentile, my weight was 91th percentile, and my weight was 77th percentile.
