First, click on the license reissue application.
I think you have to enter the address correctly. It comes by registered mail.
When I tried to log in, I had to install the Delfino certificate app and copy it.
Copying was easier than I thought. I just had to copy it and paste it for about 3 seconds.
Now that the certificate has been copied, enter your resident registration number and the certificate password.
When you enter the certificate password, the screen below will appear.
Just enter the address.
The following screen shows you how to attach a photo of your ID and a photo of your resident registration card. The photo of your ID card should be 3.5cm*4.5cm with no background, and the photo of your resident registration card also has a large capacity, so I reduced the capacity and applied. When I first attached a 3cm*4cm ID photo, it said that the capacity was small. Fortunately, I had a photo I took when I took the employment test, so I was able to attach it.
Now that you’ve filed a civil service application, you’re probably most curious about when your license will arrive. I was a bit anxious because I had to receive it this week. Here’s how to check. You can find out by clicking on Check Reissue Application History in My Civil Service.
When I click on License Qualification Information, I see two: Nutritionist and Hygienist.
I applied on Sunday and this is what it was like yesterday. It says that it has been received.
When I went in today and checked, it says that it has been processed. I think I just have to wait for the registration to arrive. I applied for both a nutritionist and a hygienist license, and the fee was 4,160 won. I was thinking of applying on a computer, but I ended up applying on my phone. It seems to be easier than using a computer. You can write a civil complaint form, attach a photo, and submit it by registered mail, but I think the most efficient way is to do it online.
It was processed yesterday, but they said they’re sending it by registered mail today. I think I’ll have to wait in that case.
