스마트팜 청년창업 보육센터The qualifications for application are young people between the ages of 18 and 39, regardless of major, and anyone who wishes to start a smart farm job or start-up can apply. The final trainees will be selected in mid-July.
Selected trainees receive training for a total of 20 months at Goheung Smart Farm Innovation Valley. It consists of 2 months of introductory theory education, 6 months of educational practice under the guidance of experts, and 12 months of management practice where trainees can directly experience the entire farming life during the growing season.
The education fee is free, accommodation and food for introductory education, training expenses of up to 700,000 won per month from educational practice, and smart farm technical guidance and consulting support from domestic and foreign experts.
