You will probably use KakaoTalk gift a lot as a birthday present. I recently received a Baedal Minjok gift certificate and ended up using it. I think gift certificates are great because they give the other person a choice when they don’t know what they want.
Since I don’t usually eat delivery food, I started by installing the Baedal Minjok app. Please take a look at the explanation below, including registering and delivering in the Baedal Minjok gift certificate app, and use it!
Registration is really simple. If you gift a gift certificate from Baedal Minjok, you will receive a gift arrival notification via KakaoTalk. Click “Register Gift” here.
The following screen will then appear, and if you click “Register a gift” here, you will be taken to the Baedal Minjok app.
If you are using Baemin for the first time, simply log in with Naver. If you are using Baemin for the first time in a while, please check the required items to agree to the terms and conditions.
If you do this, your gift certificate registration will be completed. I received a discount coupon for my first use, but don’t forget to check if there are any coupons you can receive.
There may be cases where the gift certificate did not arrive via KakaoTalk, but instead was received as a code or image. Go to the Baedal Minjok app in the order below and enter your number to register.
To use a Baemin gift certificate, proceed the same as a regular order and select the gift certificate at the payment stage.
During the ordering step, the available amount will be displayed next to “Gift Box”. Then, the gift certificate is successfully registered. Click here to move to the gift box.
When you click on a registered gift certificate, the amount and balance used in the gift certificate will appear. Click “Use” to apply the gift certificate.
If the amount exceeds the amount after applying the gift certificate, you can use another payment method to pay for the order.
You may use a gift certificate and have a balance remaining. If you continue to use Baedal Minjok, you can use the remaining balance on your next order.
If you no longer want to use Baemin, you can apply for a refund. Refunds for the gift certificate balance can only be received by calling customer service.
The validity period must not expire and more than 60% of the gift certificate amount (more than 80% for gift certificates under 10,000 won) must be used to request a refund for the balance.
If you receive a 30,000 won gift certificate as a gift, you must spend more than 18,000 won, or 60% of 30,000 won, to receive a refund for the remaining balance.
