The service support cost is within 1.5 million won per person per year, and any resident can apply for the service at their city or county and receive it if they meet the conditions. It is free for those whose income is 120% or less of the median income, 50% of the amount used is subsidized for those whose income is between 120% and 150% of the median income, and those who exceed 150% have to use it at their own expense.
