You can visit the Military Manpower Administration closest to your home. If you visit the Military Manpower Administration’s inspection center between 09:00 and 15:00 to apply, you can receive an immediate issuance (weekdays). Both the KB Kookmin Country Love Card and the IBK Country Love Card are available. And when reissuing the Country Love Card, an essential item is an identification card. Resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, etc. are accepted. If you do not have your ID card, it cannot be reissued, so be sure to bring it with you.
If you have a little extra money or can get reissued slowly, you can go to the relevant bank and get a reissue. If you receive a reissue from the bank, it will take about a week to receive it, but it can be received by registered mail or in person. You can also check the business hours of the bank carefully before going there.

Re-issuance of the Country Love Card is possible through the internet, and in the case of Kookmin Bank, it is also possible through the app, but re-issuance is possible through membership registration. IBK Industrial Bank of Korea says that reissuing internet is not possible.
If you lose your Love Your Country Card right before entering the training center, in the case of the Army Training Center, it will be dispatched to a branch office and you can receive it 3 to 4 days later if you apply on site.
In the case of the Army Division New Shift Corps, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force Command, employees receive applications from the unit, mail them to the unit, and receive them at the unit. (In this case, it takes quite a long time.)
