Penalties under Article 54, Paragraph 3 of the same Act may be applied – To receive text message service for notification services such as voucher balance, period of use, etc., when changing contact information, etc., you must immediately apply for change to the public health center in charge of the infant’s resident registration address. – When payment is canceled, voucher points will be restored 2-3 days later, so if you pay before restoration, you may be responsible for your own expenses.
