If you have access to KB PAY or Kookmin Card homepage, you can proceed with reissuance as follows.
1. Ownership card management access
After logging in to KB PAY (Kookmin Card homepage), access the menu and access Card Management in the card menu. In the case of the homepage, you can check the menu through the My KB menu.
2. Application for reissuance
On the Owned Card Management page, select the card that requires reissuance and select Reissuance Request. After selecting Reissuance Application, the identity verification process through mobile phone authentication will proceed.
3. Application for reissuance completed
