How to apply for Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card

 

You can apply for the National Tomorrow Learning Card and apply for training both on the website (HRD-NET) and offline (job center). An official certificate is required for online viewing, and ID and supporting documents are required for offline application.

Any Korean citizen who wishes to train can apply.

(Excluding support)
Incumbent public servants, private school faculty members, people aged 75 years or older, self-employed persons with annual sales of 150 million won or more, employees of large companies with monthly wages of 3 million won or more (under 45 years of age), special type workers, students (but 2 years remaining until graduation) University students, high school students in their final year can apply), livelihood benefit recipients, and those who are not recognized as needing other vocational training

Support content

 

 

Up to 3 to 5 million won per person for training expenses, and if the conditions are met, training incentives are also provided during the training period.

(Training cost) 45-85% of training cost within the limit of 3 to 5 million won per person for 5 years

– Basic support of 3 million won + additional support of 1 million to 2 million won depending on income level, reissued after 5 years

Different training costs are applied according to the average employment rate of the occupations taken and the income level of the trainees.

– National key strategic industry job training, K-Dgital Training, etc. are fully supported once only

 

(Training subsidy) Up to KRW 116,000 per month is provided to the unemployed, low-income workers, etc. who attend training courses for a total of 140 hours or more.

(when the attendance rate is 80% or more during the unit period)

– To apply for a training subsidy, you must inquire at the training institution that operates the training course you are attending.

National Learning Tomorrow Card Training Course / Application Procedure

You can learn job improvement skills through various training courses, such as Social Worker Level 1, Korean Cuisine Chef, Barista Level 2, Big Data Utilization, ESG Revolution Preparation Strategy, and E-Commerce Business Planning.

Application procedure
– After issuing the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card, if you apply for and attend the desired training course, the government support rack among the training expenses will be deducted from the issued account.

 

– Training incentives are paid on a monthly basis when the requirements are met.
