This applies to apartment sales/move-in rights concluded after the date of the contract.
Disclosure of the actual transaction price of jeonse and monthly rent is for houses (apartments, row houses/multi-households, detached/multi-households, officetels) for which lease contracts have been reported from June 2021, and residential centers and housing confirmation date data from the Supreme Court registration office that can be partially disclosed from January 2011 are doing it.
