Let’s look at Costco’s refund/return period and policy. I often use Costco because I can purchase a variety of products at a low price. Occasionally, for reasons of my own, refunds or returns occur.
You may take two steps, so please check the conditions first before refunding.
Refunds/returns vary depending on the store or online mall where the purchase was made.
There are three methods:
Costco operates a ‘product guarantee system’ like this.
However, we do have a return policy for some products. This mainly applies to electronic products. Costco refund period is only available for returns within 90 days of delivery completion for the following products.
Return shipping costs are covered by Costco. However, refunds due to simple change of mind must be borne by the customer for the following items.
It will take 2-3 business days after the return is complete.
In general, refunds require a receipt to be refunded, but Costco operates as a membership system, so if you have a membership card, you can get a refund even without a receipt. Of course, you must take the product you want to refund.
