Launch KakaoTalk
Run KakaoTalk on your smartphone, and press the gear-shaped setting button in the upper right corner. And if you select [Global Settings], the full menu appears. Click [Center/Help] at the bottom. For reference, this is a Galaxy smartphone S22 Ultra.
1. Select as in the picture on the left. Tap Chatbot Conversation on the second. JFactory
2. A chatbot conversation window will open. First, click [Add Channel] at the top to add it. You need to add it to make it go smoothly.
3. In order to change KakaoTalk mail, from now on, one conversation input and selection will be performed. Enter the conversation as shown in the picture on the left. Do you want to change your email address? Select [Yes] to the question.
4. In the next question, if you select the item to enter an e-mail address, an option selection menu is displayed.
5. After entering the e-mail address, click the Apply button to complete.
6. The next step is to authenticate yourself. Press smartphone authentication. Then, agree to the identity verification and click the Confirm button. Enter the verification code received by SMS and complete.
7. This is the last step to change your Kakao account. If you click Change E-mail Address, enter the e-mail you want to change and click the Authentication Request button.
8. You can change the email address of KakaoTalk after checking and entering the verification code in the email inbox.
9. Please note that the following exceptions may occur.
– If authentication fails after pressing the user authentication button, you can go back to the beginning and start over.
– If you register or change your e-mail address for the first time, you cannot change it again for a certain period of time.
