Those eligible to apply for the 2023 Gyeonggi-do Youth Welfare Points are young people residing in Gyeonggi-do between the ages of 18 and 34 who earn a monthly salary of 3.1 million won or less and work more than 36 hours a week at small and medium-sized companies, small business owners, or non-profit corporations located in Gyeonggi-do.
